Human Rights Declaration 60 Years Old

On December 10th, 2008, countries around the world mark the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a document that guarantees rights and freedoms, like the right to food. While 60 years later more than 1 Billion people remain chronically undernourished, USC Canada recognizes that there is a way forward.
