The program with Bruce Cockburn shows a teacher desiring computors for his students. The Wi fi technology is very cost effective and relatively low capital cost to deliver. All electronics have become very reliable. People in this country are thrilled to get high speed internet I would love to see the look on the childrens faces when given axcess to the information highway.
