If you don’t already make your donations online, now is a great time to start. By donating online you will be helping us to minimize our administration costs so that even more of your donation reaches those who need it most. When you donate online, your gift is electronically transferred and your charitable receipt is automatically issued. This substantially reduces processing costs associated with opening mail, manually inputting donations into our accounting software, printing, and mailing receipts. If you find it easier to continue donating by post, that’s fine with us. But you can still help us reduce administrative costs by signing up for electronic charitable receipts. We’ll still process your gift manually, but we’ll e-mail you the charitable receipt. That saves us postage as well as paper.
