USC Canada is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the birth of our founder, Dr. Lotta Hitschmanova, with a new public service announcement (PSA). The PSA will appear on TV stations across the country this summer, but you can watch it here first!

I cherish the memory of Lotta who helped all of us in our boarding school in Sèvres France, with food cloth education and love.
I look often at the photos I took of her in her famous uniform, walking down the stairs of our school surrounded by “Goëland” our principal and all the kids.
I am 74 years old now and I say thank you Lotta.
