Soldier of Peace (1989)
"The USC has always been an immensely practical agency, and to us food is the number one requirement of man. We have focused on the need of food, providing Canadian food, but also teaching how to produce more and better food practically since the beginning of the USC, 29 years ago."

The 1989 film documentary, Soldier of Peace (24 minutes), tells the story of Dr. Lotta Hitschmanova (1909-1990), who founded the Unitarian Service Committee of Canada (now USC Canada) – a Canadian charitable organization.
Written, directed, and produced by Peter Lockyer. Funded in part by USC Canada. Narrated by Peter Trueman.
