New TV PSA (2009)
"Recently, visiting the extermination camp at Auschwitz, … I suddenly paid attention to [a] suitcase….The name was that of [Lotta’s] mother, Else Hitschmann, Prag II, Sokolska 36 – [her family’s] home address…. Now when I walk the fields of the camp and see the ashes coming out of the earth, another soul has a name."

A new public service announcement (PSA) celebrating the 100th anniversary of the birth of USC Canada founder, Dr. Lotta Hitschmanova, has been sent to Canadian TV stations this summer.
If you happen to see the PSA, we’d love to keep track of where and when it was broadcast. Please contact David Rain with the details,
by email or by telephone (1-800-565-6872 ext 231). USC would like to thank Kensington Communications for their generous support in producing this video.
